THE PERSON BEHIND THE QUESTIONS

A LIFE
UNDER
INVESTIGATION.

Victor Lemos is a journalist, author, and medical student. He writes about mental health, behavior, culture, and the small structures that help a person remain present in their own life — attention, sleep, relationships, desire, work, the body, technology, pleasure, and autonomy.

The DIÁRIO is his public notebook of observation. The Mental Health area organizes a practical guide for reading, checking sources, and finding possible next steps. Aetheria and the novel O Código dos Ecos are the space of fiction: another way to investigate memory, choices, and coexistence.

The work begins without a promise of perfection. It begins with curiosity, responsibility toward words, and a wish to look at life as it is: contradictory, embodied, cultural, and always moving.

HOW I
WORK

01

SOURCE

I begin with what can be checked: people, documents, studies, and identifiable experiences.

02

CONTEXT

Information helps only when it shows where it comes from, who it serves, and where its limits are.

03

DISTINCTION

I separate account, interpretation, hypothesis, opinion, and evidence — without borrowing authority from one for another.

04

REVIEW

Texts can change. Dates, references, and corrections stay visible when knowledge or context calls for it.

HEALTH CALLS FOR CLARITY

TRANS-
PARENCY

Health writing here is educational and editorial. It exists to inform, organize questions, and support a conversation about care — not to turn a screen into a consultation.

  • Sources: health claims are accompanied by the references that guide the text.
  • References: the guide gathers public material so you can continue reading on your own.
  • Review date: pages can be updated when their context changes.
  • Limit: nothing here replaces individual assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or urgent care.
