We identify sources, distinguish evidence from hypothesis and opinion, explain context and limits, and review material when new information changes the picture. We prioritize the Brazilian Ministry of Health and SUS, the World Health Organization, regulators, professional guidelines, systematic reviews and verifiable technical documents.
